Method
- Data entry of 53 clinical studies and 69 studies in animals (in six different animal species)
- Assessment of 24 compounds in two different indications (20 preclinical, four clinical)
- > 180 different analyses performed
Results
- Identification of the most predictive animal model
- Identification of the most predictive model parameters, i.e. preclinical endpoints correlated with clinical success: benchmarking of the client’s compounds against present and future competitor compounds
- Identification of the most important endpoints and endpoint categories
